Your responsibilities

Drive projects to improve output, quality, and on-time delivery
Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement structured yield improvements
Be the technical reference within the manufacturing & supply chain organization
Ownership of a set of products in terms of quality and testing
Take responsibility for the NPI, ECR and ECO processes
Provide first level support, report technical issues and production downtime
Work in close collaboration with R&D and ensure knowledge transfer
Coach, train and support team members

Your profile :

BSc or FH degree in electrical engineering or electronics

5 years+ experience as production engineer in an industrial environment

Proven experience with manufacturing process and new product introduction

Experience with calibration and testing scripts, Python is a plus

Deep understanding of production processes and ERP systems

Lean Six Sigma certification and proven project management experience

Excellent communication skills, analytic and solution oriented thinking, independent and conscientious working style

Fluent English, German is a big plus
