About the Department :

The Parts Order team represents the voice of customers and dealers. The ultimate goal for the team is to achieve the best customer satisfaction by providing top quality service. The team will oversee the entire order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery at optimum cost. It is the primary point of contact to dealers and service providers for all parts inquiries.

As Spare Parts Specialist you will :

• Support dealers and service providers by providing information and resolving parts concerns.
• Follow up on orders or backorders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Take ownership of the order-to-cash process.
• Assist dealers on system operating questions, and interface with system developer.
• Manage day-to-day communication with dealers and service providers to ensure smooth parts operations.
• Maintain and improve the spare parts catalogues.
• Perform data analyses on order overview and parts logistics.
• Handle order returns, cancellations, and other spare parts related inquiries.
