Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer your main missions will be to :
- Manage a portfolio of marketed products and will drive the launch of a new product in 2025
- Plan, execute and control marketing activities for the products in the different disease areas (including market research, identification of target audiences, pre-marketing activities)
- Synchronize all internal and external stakeholders through the 'Go To Launch Plan'
- Identify, evaluate and propose actions that can help inform and influence the strategic brand plan
- Provide benchmark on competition and market insights from the field force
- Develop new and existing relationships with HCPs through regular outreach and education activities (HCP visits, and conference participation)
- Develop HCP-and patient-directed promotional and educational material, disease awareness material in strong collaboration with the medical department
- Develop events aligned with local needs and provide strategic guidance
- Establish and maintain a network including contacts to relevant opinion leaders by participating at Congresses and organizing events
- Maintain permanent interactions between Marketing and Sales to ensure sales teams get all materials on time
- Update the brand plans 'Existing portfolio' and finalize the 'Go To Launch' plans new products
- You hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, medical science., or bio-medical science
- You have at least four years of experience in a marketing role including consumer insights, product launches and brand activities within the biotech or pharma industry
- You ideally have a previous experience within the Swiss market
- A field experience (Rep, KAM, MSL) would be an asset
- You have German and English C1 level. French is a plus
- You are able to interact and establish long term relationship with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
- You are a team player with strong analytical and communication skills
