Role Overview

Hilo by Aktiia is seeking a highly hands-on Senior Data Analytics Lead to own and advance the company’s BI and analytics ecosystem. You will shape the BI platform (Metabase), ensure data accuracy and consistency, build KPI frameworks and translate complex clinical and operational workflows into actionable insights that drive data-informed decision-making across Product, Growth, Marketing and Clinical teams.

This role sits at the centre of how data is used across the organisation, elevating analytics from reporting to a strategic capability by demonstrating its power, evangelising best practices, educating teams and empowering stakeholders to make better decisions with data. It is a rare opportunity to define how analytics is perceived and applied across the company.

While the initial focus is on internal analytics excellence, the role also lays the groundwork for future B2B analytics as Hilo expands its enterprise offerings.
