StellenbeschreibungEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s or certifications such as CIPS / CPSM preferred). Experience : 7– years in indirect procurement with 3–5 years focused on carve-outs or divestments . Skills : Strong negotiation and contract management expertise. Experience in procurement within a CDMO or manufacturing environment . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. Technical Proficiency : MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP / procurement systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Carve-out Management : Lead and support procurement activities related to business carve-outs and divestments, including due diligence, planning, and execution.
- Vendor & Contract Management : Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Strategic Sourcing : Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability to drive value and efficiency.
- Cost Optimization : Analyze spend, identify savings opportunities, and implement improvement strategies.
- Risk Mitigation : Monitor supplier, contractual, and compliance risks, ensuring business continuity and alignment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with departments such as IT, Finance, Legal, and Quality to support organizational goals.
- Reporting & Analytics : Develop KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable procurement insights.
- Policy Development : Support the creation and implementation of procurement standards and best practices.
