Are you interested in building your own mom community through fitness? Then join our Mom in Balance team as a freelance trainer and support women and moms (to be) in keeping fit and strong during pregnancy, post partum and beyond.
We offer customized outdoor group workouts supporting women thoughout various stages of motherhood. An international community of like-minded women who motivate and inspire each other. Mom in Balance offers their own trainer educational program. Upon successful completion, trainers receive a personal trainer certificate, also certified by QualiCert and accredited by Swiss health insurances.
Tasks
We are looking for fitness trainers for women for our various outdoor sports programmes. Training consists of effective functional workouts using own body weights, resistance bands with focus on strength, core, endurance, mobility, and stability. Courses usually take place in the mornings or evenings.
Requirements
You have a strong affiliation for fitness and sports. You love to inspire, motivate and feel passionate about leading groups independently and promote Mom in Balance among your friends and family. You will participate in the Mom in Balance training program and receive the perfect preparation for practical work through an educational training offered by our head office in the Netherlands. Upon completion you will be certified as a Personal Trainer, together with a certification by QualiCert. Ideally, you speak English (or the local language, depending on your location).
