Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis : Evaluate clients’ existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Consulting and Recommendations : Advise clients on best practices for managing business processes, considering Swiss-specific requirements and experience in the watchmaking industry.
- Configuration and Customization : Participate in configuring and customizing our ERP solution to meet each client’s specific needs.
- Training and Support : Train end users on system usage and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
- Internal Collaboration : Work closely with development, support, and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.
