Your tasks
- First point of contact for our internal customers in the event of hardware, software and network problems
- Problem analysis and resolution of support cases in 1st and 2nd level support, remotely, by telephone, e-mail or on site and incident monitoring
- Support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure
- Administration of Microsoft servers
- Supervision of software and hardware inventory
- Drafting and updating technical documentation
- Active participation in various integration projects
Your skill set
Apprenticeship in Computer science or relevant experience and first experience in a similar positionKnowledge of Windows Server and 10 / 11, Microsoft Office 365, SQ L and other related Microsoft ProductsTeam oriented, you enjoy working people contact and can manage prioritiesFrench or German mother tongue, with good knowledge of the other language, English is a plusWhat we offer
