Job Title : Patient Engagement Operations Lead

Work Location : Lucern, Switzerland

Duration : 12 months

Rate : CHF 42.55 / hr - CHF 51.71 / hr (8 hours per day) depending on experience

Your main duties as a Patient Engagement Operations Lead will include :

Planning and executing patient engagement operations and processes in the Middle East and Africa (including Israel and Turkey).
Overseeing end-to-end processes related to project execution and delivery, including compliance, alignment, legal approvals, monitoring, procurement, tracking, payment, and execution.
Managing all internal processes from vendor selection to contracting and organizing meetings with agenda setting and summary sending.

Additional duties will include :

Overseeing financial aspects of project execution, including budget management, payment processing, and expense tracking.

Developing and deploying standardized procedures and workflows for internal processes related to vendor selection, contracting, and project activities.

Organize meetings, including setting agendas, scheduling, coordinating attendees, and sending meeting summaries or action plans.

Your Background :

Proven experience in project execution and delivery, with a strong track record of successful project completions.

In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements, legal approvals, and procurement processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
