Your Responsibilities :
- Promote organizational change by fostering a culture of agility and flexibility.
- Guide teams through transitions, ensuring the effective adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks in insurance processes.
- Implement streamlined workflows, automation, and digitization initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead the creation and implementation of business transformation strategies tailored for insurance clients.
- Collaborate with senior executives to align business objectives with digital transformation, process improvement, and technology adoption.
- Drive customer-focused strategies by utilizing data analytics, customer journey mapping, and personalized service offerings.
- Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through innovative, customer-centric solutions.
- Assess the potential impact of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT on insurance operations, and work with IT teams to integrate these digital solutions into areas like underwriting, claims processing, and risk management.
- Contribute to thought leadership by writing articles, hosting webinars, and delivering presentations to establish our firm as a leader in the industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and disruptive innovations to inform and guide clients effectively.
Requirements :
- A Master's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting or a senior role within an insurance company, specifically in the P&C (Property & Casualty) sector, either retail or commercial.
- In-depth understanding of the Swiss Insurance Market.
- Relevant certifications in areas such as change management, project management, or digital transformation.
- Strong ability to envision and communicate a strategic future direction for insurance organizations.
- Skilled in data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, demonstrating excellent teamwork and a belief in the power of collective achievement.
- A strong inclination to explore innovative ideas, challenge traditional insurance practices, and continuously develop your technical expertise.
- Fluency in both English and German is required.
