How you can make an impact  We are seeking a professional with strong expertise in AI learning development to join our team in Geneva, Basel or Zurich. Your primary focus will be designing, developing, and delivering AI learning programs that enable clients to harness AI technologies effectively. Experience in change management and communications is a valuable plus but not essential.

• Design and develop tailored AI learning content and programs aligned with client business objectives.
• Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and digital learning modules in English and French.
• Collaborate with AI specialists, business leaders, and HR teams to create engaging, practical learning experiences for diverse audiences.
• Support client capability building by embedding AI knowledge and skills across organizations, aligned with their AI maturity and transformation goals.
• Support the design of experiential learning formats such as solution sprints, hackathons, and simulations to accelerate hands-on adoption.
• Translate complex AI concepts into accessible learning for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to change and communication strategies to enhance learning adoption and support broader transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using analytics and continuously improve content, formats, and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with data teams to align learning with real-world AI workflows and enterprise architecture. Assist in proposal development and client engagements to grow the AI learning practice and shape strategic offerings.
