Responsibilities :
As an IT Support Specialist you provide support to end-user's IT environment. You identify, record and prioritize incidents and requests. You investigate root causes of incident and requests. You resolve issues and escalate unresolved incidents. Moreover, you document and close resolve incidents and requests. In addition, you contribute to improve incident management procedures. You are also in charge of end-user systems management and of identify and access management.
