Your new role

As Team coordinator you will support and coordinate team activities and workflows to ensure seamless operations drive simplification and efficiency of processes

• Coordinating team activities workflows and key events such as townhalls off-sites and team meetings. Organising team schedules meetings and priorities to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Documenting and tracking key KPIs meeting notes and follow-ups to maintain oversight and accountability
• Supporting the planning and implementation of projects events select presentations and materials ensuring alignment with business objectives with a strong focus on external events and congresses
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and mutual understanding across the matrix of shared deliverables
• Managing budgets vendor relationships contracting.
• Identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and improve team efficiency.
• Acting as the central point of contact for team members to streamline processes and resolve issues.
