Country Manager, Japan

Your tasks :

The Country Manager – Japan will be responsible for overseeing all operations of Güntner’s brand office in Japan. This leadership role involves developing and executing strategic plans to grow market share, managing key client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and representing Güntner’s brand in the Japanese market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial refrigeration or related industries, proven leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the Japanese market.

• Strategic Leadership & Business Development :

Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to achieve sales, profitability, and market share goals in Japan.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

Manage the Japan branch office, including budgeting, forecasting.

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Act as the primary representative of Güntner in Japan, promoting the company’s values, products, and solutions.

Work closely with the Asia Pacific regional team and global headquarters to align strategies and share best practices.
