Your Impact
Recruit graduates young professionals and experienced hires in the French - and German- speaking part of Switzerland
Collaborate with senior leadership and act as a recruiting advisor to senior stakeholders providing guidance on all recruiting matters within your area of responsibility
Develop sourcing / recruiting strategies independently and implement them
Conduct direct searches on LinkedIN and build pipelines
Build comprehensive technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training

Your Skill set
At least 35 years of experience as a recruiter ideally in the consulting or financial services industry in Switzerland. Proven expertise in active sourcing and deep knowledge of the Swiss and international recruitment market .
Fluent in French (mother tongue level) with excellent German- and English-Skills.
Experience with LinkedIn recruiter and ATM (Workday SAP Success Factors etc.)
Confident in managing recruitment processes and applying corporate recruitment policies in a structured environment
Highly service-oriented dedicated and outgoing individual who thrives in dynamic environments enjoys working independently collaborates effectively within a team and shows w illingness and motivation to travel within Switzerland as needed.
Able to understand the unique needs of internal stakeholders and deliver strategic value beyond traditional recruiting.
