WHAT YOU’LL DO :

As a Bain Associate Consultant, your analytical, inter-personal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills will be called upon from day one. You will begin as a generalist and be in the thick of the action as you work side-by-side with some of the best in the business. Every day is different but a sample of the things you can expect to accomplish are :

• Provide clients with powerful facts and analyses that outline solutions and drive change
• Work on case teams in roles that vary according to the team’s objective
• Be responsible for identifying information sources, gathering, and interpreting data, and presenting your findings to case team members
• Interviewing the client’s customers, competitors, suppliers, and employees; this work becomes the basis of the case team’s strategic recommendation

COMPENSATION :

For all locations, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time compensation for this role is commensurate with competitive geographic market rates. Additionally, in some locations compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant experience, education, licensure / certifications, training and skill level.

Compensation for this role in the United States includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, 401(k) plan with an annual employer contribution based on years of service and Bain’s best in class benefits package (details listed below).  The annualized base compensation for this role is as follows :

First Year AC :  $112,000
