How you can make an impact
Develop and implement standard service solutions (especially modernizations and digital solutions) with customers, suppliers, engineering, purchasing, sales and managementManage a significant budget, strategically allocating resources to maximize return on investment and ensure effective reporting and financial accountabilityContinuously analyze the market, as well as customer and competition together with sales team and implement customer needs in innovative productFoster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that product strategies are cohesive and aligned with overall business objectivesStay at the forefront of railway industry trends and innovations adapting strategies to maintain competitiveness and brand leadershipRepresent Stadler as an ambassador in regular contact with customers and actively maintain this relationshipEvaluate and define the international product strategy together with the top management and sales teamTrain Stadler organization in new service products and implement standard material like product descriptions, offer templates etc.How you will contribute
Completed studies in the field of transport systems, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or economicsProfessional experience in industry, ideally in sales, product management and / or serviceExperience / further training in product managementExperience in railway is seen as a big plusOpen and communicativeGood knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantageIndependent working style, analytical ability and willingness to make a move forwardWillingness to travel across Europe (20%)I am happy to help
