Tasks Strategic Marketing and Social Media : Develop and implement a marketing strategy tailored for iOS app promotion, with a strong understanding of Apple marketing channels as well as Brain Health or a relevant area. Design and execute social media campaigns that engage, inform, and convert target audiences. Collaborate on brand positioning to ensure our product resonates with the brain health community and broader audiences. Content Creation & Management : Create compelling, on-brand content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters. Collaborate with designers to ensure visual consistency across platforms. Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and effective posting across all platforms we publish. Engage and manage our focus groups to understand better the requirements of our target groups. Audience Research and Community Engagement : Conduct in-depth user research to understand our audience’s needs and preferences. Engage directly with our community on social media, responding to feedback and fostering brand loyalty. Stay up-to-date on trends in brain health and wellness to guide marketing initiatives. Data-Driven Insights and Optimization : Use analytics to track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights. Provide actionable recommendations based on user engagement and conversion data. Collaboration and Product Alignment : Work closely with the product team to align marketing efforts with product updates and feature launches. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from social media to in-app messaging. Requirements Education and Certification : You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communication or a related area. 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role with a focus on mobile apps, preferably in iOS. Proven track record in growing social media channels and driving engagement, (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter(X), Facebook, Telegram, Discord). Skills : Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools. Good understanding of EMail marketing tools, Newsletter design and setup of campaigns, surveys as well as blog-posts. (Brevo, HubSpot, etc) Strong understanding of Apple’s App Store marketing, trends, and ecosystem. Experience with analytics tools to measure social media and marketing performance.
