Digital Marketing Lead

For our Growth Marketing Team, we are looking for a dynamic and motivation professional with several years of experience in digital marketing.

What would your role be?

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing analytics, e-mail, social media and display advertising campaigns.

Manage media agencies.

Jointly with sales, define and execute measures to increase lead-to-client conversion.

Brainstorm growth strategies and execute digital marketing campaigns.

Conduct experiments, conversion tests, and evaluate customer experience.

Identify conversion points, optimize user funnels, and measure campaign performance.

Collaborate with teams to optimize user experience and manage vendor relationships.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and consider their adoption.

What are we looking for?

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.

Experience in leading and managing SEO / SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Understanding of Swiss media agency environment.

Creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.

Experience in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and conducting A / B and multivariate experiments.

Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, knowledge of website analytics tools, and familiarity with latest online marketing trends.

SQL knowledge is a plus.
