We are looking for our future medium / long term position : Participate in the implementation of a medium / long-term tool to detect the load / capacity of the different production lines and be responsible for its update (weekly / monthly). Present succinctly to the management team, be a proactive force for decision-making and triggering concrete actions such as load smoothing, volume distribution in subcontracting, etc. Coordinate various actions with internal and external stakeholders.Scheduling : Schedule the productions of the different lines (daily). Present and validate the production plan for the next two weeks with key stakeholders each week, ensuring the reliability of the production plan by detecting missing components and adjusting the production plan based on various contingencies. Communicate proactively about the different impacts of contingencies and be a proactive force for clients : Define delivery timelines to communicate to the client for each new order received, keep the delivery schedules updated for clients, and ensure continuous accountability : Set up and monitor associated KPIs and improve and ensure the reliability of tools as a proactive force to enhance costs and timelines according to global problem-solving approaches.Profile : Technical skills : Minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a similar position. Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems (ideally Logyplan). Mastery of the Office Suite (ES, master's) in supply chain or similar fields.Skills : Rigor and reliability.
