During tender and acquisition phases, they contribute technical expertise, ensuring accurate definition of requirements and, when needed, coordinating project teams to propose the most effective solution.
In the implementation phase, the specialist supports project execution, validating workflow integration and recommending adjustments to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities :
- Analyzing laboratory processes and organizational structures (e.g., sample flow, turnaround times, equipment workflows, processes, and infrastructure) to identify specific customer needs and issues through data collection and on-site observations.
- Collaborating with architects, facility managers, and contractors to define environmental requirements (e.g., water, power, waste management).
- Assisting customers in developing site readiness plans and providing high-quality documentation and deliverables (such as final layouts and technical specification packages).
- Designing and developing customer proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of Inpeco’s solutions, ensuring alignment with the company’s business, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Preparing and delivering presentations—both internally and to customers—highlighting solution value, key differentiators, and potential efficiency gains or cost savings.
- Supporting the team in tender processes, contributing technical and solution-related expertise, particularly for complex and automation-driven projects. Based on experience, coordinating Project teams in defining and submitting the most appropriate technical solution.
- Assisting the Project Manager (PM) in customer discussions related to transition and change management, ensuring a smooth implementation process, especially for automation or large-scale projects.
- Fostering long-term partnerships with customers, contributing to solution optimization and the strengthening of business relationships over time.
