Tasks

Do you enjoy starting where others stop and consider yourself a problem solver? Do you excel at staying precise and composed under pressure? If so, you could be the ideal fit for our Cash Management & Payment team.

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will play a key part in managing payment investigations and overseeing the chargeback process for transaction disputes on behalf of our cardholders.

We are looking for a new team member to support us with the following tasks and contribute to the following responsibilities :

• Monitoring payments to ensure they are processed accurately and on time, and resolving delays quickly.
• Payment investigations in all currencies.
• Independently coordinate payment inquiries and compliance requests from and to our banking partners.
• Representing the interests of our cardholders against unjustified claims by merchants worldwide
• Gathering and providing evidence, as well as preparing chargeback dossiers.
• Managing the entire chargeback process (from the initial dispute to the final decision of the scheme).
• Interaction with our relationship management team, coordinating with internal departments, as well as collaboration with our partner banks to ensure top-notch service.

With your expertise in this field, you will play a vital role in the timely follow-up of payment transactions processed by amnis, contributing to a positive customer experience.
