Assistant to Chief Supply Chain Officer

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Assistant to support our Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, professional maturity, and a collaborative mindset. You will play a key role in helping the CSCO stay organized and focused, while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and meeting coordination
- Assist in organizing departmental events, virtual and in-person meetings, and preparing relevant materials (e.g., presentations, agendas)
- Help manage priorities and deadlines by keeping the CSCO informed and aligned
- Support with basic data collection and reporting for operational metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and logistics
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in all aspects of the role
