Communications Manager Vorwerk Home
Job Responsibilities
Act as point of entry for the Vorwerk Newsroom (entities and countries) in terms of specific topics in close cooperation with the Home-Marketing-Team
Operational implementation of topics in the area of internal and external communication incl. corporate social media - in coordination with the Editor-in-Chief and the Corporate Communications team in Wuppertal, enable smooth workflows between Editor-in-Chief, Newsroom and Vorwerk Home
Enable easy access to information and insights within the Newsroom Framework
Ensure the alignment of entities and countries by taking part in regular Daily and Weekly Newsroom meetings and by reporting the latest insights
Proactively screen content and communication activities for duplications across countries
Preparation of information, wordings, narratives, Q&As, etc. for the international sales organizations in coordination with the Editor-in-Chief
Establish and grow a network of relevant communication contacts at country
Monitor and align external and internal communication activities with the Corporate Communication Strategy
Your Profile
Know-How, Technical Skills and Experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
Min. 5 years of PR/Social Media experience
Confident knowledge of MS Office applications, CMS and project planning systems.
Working knowledge with Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and/or YouTube.
Exceptional communication skills - fluent in English, other Central & Southern European languages will be considered a plus.
Understanding of GEO, SEO & SEM strategies to be used for online content.
Be experienced in publishing to the web via a digital Content Management System.
Critical thinking and understanding of when or not to engage in online conversations.
Deep understanding of online communities, social networks and keeps abreast of online trends and developments.
Experience implementing tactical digital community management plans and expertise in engaging and activating online communities.
Experience using social media monitoring and experience establishing metrics, developing insights and reporting on outcomes.
An interest in the food and cooking.
Soft Skills
Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to cooperate internationally.
Confident appearance - also at C-level, strong communication skills, decision-making ability and goal-oriented action.
Structured, results-oriented work with a high degree of flexibility.
