Votre mission : dynamiser le marché suisse des devises

En tant que Broker FX, vous serez un acteur clé dans le développement commercial et la gestion des relations clients sur le marché suisse. Vos responsabilités incluront :

  • Gérer et renforcer un portefeuille de clients institutionnels existants, avec un focus sur les produits FX Forwards et Cash (CHF principalement).
  • Assurer le pricing, 'lexécution et le suivi des flux d'ordres au quotidien.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance et contribuer activement à l'expansion du desk.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internationales pour offrir un service de qualité supérieure.

Profil recherché : l'expertise au service de la performance

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience sur les marchés financiers, avec une clientèle active et fidélisée.
  • Maîtrise des produits FX Forwards, Cash et dérivés de taux d'intérêt, en particulier sur le CHF. Une connaissance d'autres devises est un atout.
  • Anglais courant indispensable (niveau C2), l'allemand est fortement apprécié.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, sens du relationnel et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant.
  • Statut de broker en poste chez un concurrent uniquement (profil banquier non retenu).

    • Informations complémentaires à valider lors du process :

  • Revenu géré sur une année (meilleure et moins bonne performance).
  • Taux de commissionnement et base fixe.
  • Top 3 clients actifs.
  • Clause de non-concurrence.
