Seasonal Position in Greece
Guests rarely remember the exact colour of their room.
But they always remember how they were treated.
When something goes wrong during a holiday — and sometimes it does — the difference between a bad review and a returning guest is often one conversation.
This is a seasonal role in Greece focused entirely on guest experience. You relocate for the season, but the complicated part of moving abroad is already organised. Accommodation is arranged before you arrive. Meals are included. Your contract and insurance are prepared. You live and work directly at the resort in Greece.
Your role is not administrative in the background. It is people-focused and visible. You speak to guests, listen to feedback, help solve problems and coordinate with other departments when necessary. You turn frustration into solutions. You stay calm when someone else is not.
This is not a passive desk job. It requires responsibility and emotional intelligence.
That said — you will live in Greece, work with an international team and experience a season far more dynamic than a standard office environment.
You will work 5–6 days per week. You will live on-site. You will represent the quality and standards of the hotel in direct contact with guests.
If you are confident in communication, solution-oriented and ready to relocate for a structured seasonal role in Greece, this could be your next step.
Apply and become part of the guest experience team in Greece.
Requirements
Experience in hospitality, guest relations or customer service is important here. You need strong communication skills in English. German or French is a major advantage, as many guests in Greece come from those markets. You must be empathetic, structured and able to handle different personalities professionally.
Benefits
In return, you avoid the usual relocation stress. Accommodation and meals are included. Your employment is legal and insured. With reduced living costs, many candidates use the season to grow professionally while enjoying life in Greece.
