StellenbeschreibungRelevant educational background, at least Bachelor level, within the areas of International Marketing, Communication and Project Management. Insight in agile project management is an advantage. International experience – and a minimum of 3-5 years with in a Group Marketing role would be an advantage. Preferably within BTB marketing. Ability to navigate in a complex organization and collaborate with various stakeholders from our Sales organizations, Local Marketing Managers, Group Product Management, Group Technical Compliance, and external agencies and suppliers. High quality awareness, structured and enjoys to handle many detailed informations. You have high aesthetic and quality standards. Reliable, disciplined, independent and punctual, who enjoys working with factual information, maintenance and structure of information and production planning. Proactive, responsible and efficient way of working. High ability to work in a team and enjoys network thinking in an international context. Great people skills. English proficiency at business level. Good knowledge of German would be an advantage.

You enjoy to activate your Marketing communication skills to create innovative communication solutions, and you always keep an overview of our projects and a broad range of Marketing productions.
You are an experienced Marketing profile and have previous experience from a Group Marketing department, and wish to enter the world of Swisspearl product systems, to support the execution of the Product Marketing communication roadmap.
Within the area of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for Marketing Project Management & coordination of Marketing productions, and a general range of tasks :
Tasks
- General Support to Head of Branding, Strategic and Product Marketing.
- Participation in Product Launch projects and Group Marketing projects, representing the Product Marketing disciplines.
- Stakeholder communication.
- Support the implementation of digital product marketing tools.
- Secure Product Marketing campaign localization, implementation / activation and follow up.
- Guide and support our international Marketing colleagues on Product Marketing related topics and tasks.
- Production of various communication assets, Marketing materials, POS, Product sample packaging etc.
- Collaboration with Marketing coordinators and Marketing Managers from the Swisspearl Sales organization, Group Product Management and external agencies and suppliers.
- Central productions of sample packaging. Forecast and order coordination of product sample packaging. Delivery coordination.
- Coordinate commercial text translations and market validation via external translation supplier.
- PIM / DAM upload / support / copytext on Product Marketing related content.
- Support and secure a relevant Swisspearl Merchandise range and stock.
