Your Tasks
Plan and execute qualification test programs and implement new metallic materials, assembly technologies and processes
Compile and revise technical documentation such as Process Specifications, Engineering Standards and Engineering Reports
Lead materials and process projects in the field of Metals and Assembly
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate materials and processes into product design
Support Engineering, Production, Quality and Customer Support in metallic materials and process topic as well as in material failure analysis
Ensure compliance of materials and processes with EASA, FAA and FOCA regulations as well as with environmental and regulatory standards such as REACH and RohS
With this you convince us
MSc degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Demonstrate strong expertise in metallic materials and assembly processes
Good German and English skills at B2 level with a cooperative and proactive personality
Apply analytical problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges
Work independently with a flexible, committed, and target-oriented mindset
Communicate effectively in interdisciplinary teams, showing strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
