RFP Project Manager 50% – Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Tool
Project : Our client in the energy sector is looking for a skilled and structured Project Manager to lead the selection of a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) solution. This is a part-time contract (50%, initially 3-6 months). The project scope is international and the role involves managing the full evaluation process, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, documentation, and leading a formal RFP.
Tasks :
- Plan and manage the full lifecycle for TPRM tool selection
- Lead structured workshops with Compliance, Procurement, Credit Risk, Legal and IT Security
- Consolidate and document business requirements into a clear SoW
- Identify and assess relevant data source providers
- Manage end-to-end RFPs for both TPRM tools and data providers
- Coordinate vendor Q&A sessions, demos and scoring workshops
- Ensure alignment with compliance (due diligence, ESG), procurement (SAP Ariba), credit risk (exposure tracking), and InfoSec (NIS2) requirements
- Provide regular status updates and manage risks and dependencies
- Deliver a final recommendation report and executive briefing deck
