HR BUSINESS PARTNER EMEA

DESCRIZIONE DELLA MISSIONE :

Con riporto diretto al Direttore Risorse Umane EMEA, la risorsa si occuperà di :

  • Gestire processi HR
  • Assicurare il rispetto dei r egolamenti aziendali , nonché delle normative legali
  • Gestire programmi HR che possano aiutare nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali strategici a lungo termine
  • Monitorare e amministrare programmi di valutazione delle performance
  • Coordinare le attività di reclutamento e selezione del personale

PROFILO PREVISTO : Si richiede :

  • Laurea in materie umanistiche o formazione affine
  • Almeno 5 ann i di esperienza nel ruolo di HR Generalis t o HR Manager maturati presso aziende multinazionali, preferibilmente attive nel settore retail
  • Capacità di trattare dati sensibili e informazioni confidenziali
  • Flessibilità e capacità di giudizio obiettivo
  • Spiccate doti comunicative
  • Ottima capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione delle attività
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, la conoscenza di francese o tedeso sarà considerata un plus
