As a Product Manager, you'll be the bridge between customer needs, design thinking, and technical excellence. You’ll thrive in this role if you possess strong analytical abilities, a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, and a passion for delivering user-centric solutions.

You'll work in a team composed of 3 to 6 talented cross-functional members (product, engineering, design) and collaborate closely with product leaders and stakeholders across the company (marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership).

Tasks

• Ownership of Features : Take ownership of specific product features, from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Backlog Prioritization : Manage the product backlog for your feature areas, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to guide product features through to completion.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Use data from user feedback, analytics, and market research to make informed product decisions and improve features.
• Roadmap Contribution : Contribute to the overall product roadmap by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement based on customer and business needs.
• Define Product Vision : Participate in shaping the product vision and strategy, aligning it with overall company objectives and customer needs.
• Refine & Execute Product Strategy : Actively collaborate with product leadership to shape the future of the product and bring it to life within your scope of responsibilities.
• Deliver Outcomes : Define success metrics for product initiatives and ensure that they are achieved through data-driven decisions and continuous iteration.
