Define and Evolve the Logistics Operating Model (LOM) Define, document, and maintain logistics standards and processes (internal / external warehousing, transport, import-export / customs)
Ensure Group logistics operating model framework is clearly governed and consistently applied across systems, Regions, and Functions
Monitor adherence and identify deviations to drive corrective action and improvement
Assess capability maturity and identify gaps to steer the LOM evolution roadmap
Contribute to strategic prioritization and coordinate the design of major process evolutions ( Outbound, Planning & Scheduling, etc.)
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to adapt standards and practices based on Regions feedback, performance results, Maisons / business needs or regulatory changes
Structure and Drive Deployment and Enablement in Regions Coordinate the deployment of new processes and capabilities in strong collaboration with Regions
Lead enablement efforts, including training, coaching, and change management support to the Regions, to embed standardized processes and ensure field readiness
Support Regions in structuring the local operating model governance : define roles & responsibilities, capability relays, and organizational set-up (SME, experts, project and tests management, etc.), to apply and monitor the LOM in the field
Foster co-construction with Regions to determine where logistics standards apply as-is and where local adaptation and evolution are needed. Capture best practices and reintegrate into the core model
Promote continuous learning and knowledge transfer through “train the trainer” approach and upskilling initiatives
Foster Innovation and Digital Logistics Capabilities Identify, assess, and promote digital and operational innovations (automation, digital tools, low-code / no-code, etc.), in partnership with Group Platform
Test and pilot new solutions in collaboration with Regions, Product owners, and coordinate scalable deployments where value is confirmed
Capture regional innovations and best practices, evaluate their potential, and integrate validated approaches into the Logistics Operating Model (LOM)
Work closely with Group Platform on tool design, ensure usability, and align governance with logistics priorities Support the development of digital maturity and innovation mindset across the global logistics community
Lead and Support E2E Operational Projects Lead the implementation of end-to-end logistics initiatives ( warehousing process upgrades, TMS, GTS E4H roll-out, Maisons Gemini integration, etc.)
Ensure full alignment with the Group Logistics Operating Model throughout project lifecycle
Mobilize the appropriate mix of BPOs and Project Managers depending on project complexity and required capabilities
Participate in project governance bodies ( project steercos) to represent logistics process ownership and ensure consistency of decisions
Collaborate with Group Platform to ensure that business needs are well translated into system requirements
Facilitate coordination across Group Logistics, Regions, Maisons and Group platform stakeholders to secure adoption and operational impact
Build, Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team Manage a diverse team of BPOs and Project Managers across three pillars : Standards & Continuous Improvement
Regional Enablement & Training
Innovation & Technology Ensure clear team structure, role clarity and governance within the team
Support individual development and promote collaboration, expertise sharing and cross-learning across the global network
Promote a continuous improvement mindset by encouraging regional ownership, scaling relevant practices, and leading transversal improvement initiatives when standardization or broader alignment across Group Logistics is needed
Support Transformation Roadmap Execution Contribute to major logistics transformation programs by bringing process leadership, operational insight, and coordination support
Ensure transformation initiatives align with the Logistics Operating Model and are sustainably embedded in operations
Ensure Logistics Excellence Center act as a partner to Transformation program managers, PMO, and Business Performance teams to reinforce process coherence and operational readiness
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Deep end-to-end logistics knowledge : warehousing, transport, import / export-customs
- Process design and improvement methodologies (VSM, Lean, Kaizen, etc.)
- Change management skills
- Experience in training design and deployment
- Solid knowledge of logistics information systems (SAP EWM, TMS, GTS, WMS, automation tools, etc.)
- Project management skills (planning, resource allocation, governance, risk management)
- Leadership by influence – ability to federate experts and regional actors around common standards
- Pedagogical mindset – able to coach, explain, and simplify complexity
- Empathy and listening – understands operational realities across Regions
- Change enabler – able to support mindset shifts and remove roadblocks
