IAM : Identity and Access Technical Operations Your role

Do you thrive onplex problems in mission critical infrastructure? Are you logical, structured, and analytical in your thinking? Are you able to deliver operational, process and service improvements?

Are you an expert when ites to platforms like Azure Cloud, LDAP, and other core-foundational technology platforms? Do you have a track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners? Do you have proven ability to solveplex issues, covering both technical and business needs?

We are looking for an experienced Technical Identity Management Subject Matter Expert to join our production support organization. In this role you will :

  • support our Critical Infrastructure & Security Production Infrastructure & applications in a follow the Sun Model
  • leverage automation and development technologies to execute operational stability and maintenance tasks
  • transfer technical requirements into business solutions that are integrated into a heterogeneous and highly automated infrastructure
  • perform risk and security self-assessments across our Critical Infrastructure & security platforms
  • handleplex issues and problem management
  • support Project delivery and other service change management activities
  • ern the Permit to Operate (PTO) for new solution implementations

Your team

You will be working in the Technology Information Security Office Operations Team to provide global support of the Identity Management Services which spans across all business areas, leverages a diverse set of mission-critical platforms, and provides significant opportunities to gain valuable experience in some of the latest technology platforms, and to support the team in the deployment and management of the environment.

Your expertise

You have 5+ years of technical experience with Critical Infrastructure / Identity Management operations and automation to include :

  • prehensive knowledge of resilience and recovery strategies inplex organizations
  • solid understanding of disaster recovery methodologies and business continuity principles
  • strong experience with implementing disaster recovery solutions and recovery management
  • strong experience of ITIL incident and problem management
  • deep understanding / Working experience of any of the following Critical Infrastructure Platforms :
  • hands-on experience with Identity and Access management products like Broa SiteMinder / Layer 7 / Strong Authentication, PKI / Certificates, OTP, Mobile Based Authentications
  • experience / Understanding of DevOps and related tools mainly on Azure
  • understanding of PKI and Certificate management
  • understanding of OAuth / SAML / TLS concepts
  • Linux (Red Hat Linux 7 / 8)
  • development Skills ( Windows PowerShell / Bash / Python )
  • hand-on experience on Splunk Searching and Reporting
  • a good understanding of System Centre Operations Manager & SPLUNK Monitoring solutions
  • additional software development and automation expertise would be beneficial
  • strongmunication skills in English are essential to liaise with senior management, stakeholders and team members
