We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the employee lifecycle, shape our organizational culture, and drive impactful people strategies.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals who are passionate about creating a positive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end people ownership : lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, engagement, rewards, and offboarding for the HQ site.
- Strategic HR Partnership : advise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance metrics, compensation, and talent strategies.
- Talent & Performance : oversee performance cycles, succession planning, and internal development plans to attract and retain top talent.
- Engagement & DEI : lead employee engagement initiatives, diversity equity and inclusion actions, and internal communication for the HQ site.
- Leadership Development : support and execute leadership development initiatives in collaboration with Global Learning and Development.
- HR Operations & Compensation : supervise compensation cycles, HRIS data integrity, and compliance with labor laws.
- People Analytics : leverage key HR metrics to inform decisions and enhance people strategies.
- Sustainability & Well-being : champion local corporate social responsibility actions and employee well-being initiatives.
- HR Process Excellence : drive continuous improvement, optimize HR policies, and lead local change management efforts.
