Onescreener is a digital tool that helps content creators to make a living out of their passion. With our latest additional social-commerce feature, the creators will be able to sell their digital or physical products or services through the cool and highly-performing Onescreener.

To boost our growth and market penetration in Europa, we are looking for a highly motivated intern to support the content marketing & customer success team.

Tasks

Your role will at all times be user-centric with the end goal to build awareness, create consideration, spark desire and engagement, produce actions and results amongst our target audience using :

1. Content, and

2. Customer Relationship tools.

Content Marketing

  • You scale up our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook) in creative ways.
  • You’ll create creative content (video scripts, images, text, etc.) for our Target Audience.
  • Performance evaluation through the use of common influencer and online marketing tools.
  • You’ll write blog posts but also our FAQs.

Customer Success

  • You will be responsible for creating Onescreener pages for our customers during their onboarding and conversion processes, making sure they receive all the necessary information and guidance helping them make the decision easily.
  • You will provide customer support to our high-profile users in terms of their onboarding and page creation.
  • You'll act as an interface between our customers and internal departments.
  • Requirements

    You are part of the Gen Z, Social Media native or influencer yourself with more than 10K followers, and it is important to you to keep your followers engaged.

  • Self-motivated, independent, organized thinker able to write and project manage workload without lots of management oversight.
  • You’re experienced in creating videos for social media and writing blog posts.
  • Results-driven personality and get s
  • done.
  • You have a passion for growing businesses through digital marketing and influencer marketing.
  • You love to communicate with people via chat, e-mail, phone or social media.
  • You are a native English speaker and (ideally, but not necessarily) fluent in German - orally and in writing. Additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese or Swiss German are considered an asset.

  • We are looking for an intern to start on the first of March 2022 for a 6 month period.
