Job description

Broadgate are exclusively partnered with a highly regarded, innovative bank based in Zurich in the search for a Senior Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will have experience in a compliance or risk management focused role within the Swiss financial services sector. A rare opportunity to join a high performing organisation at a key stage of it's growth, reporting directly to the Executive Committee & Board of Directors.

Job Title : Senior Compliance Officer

Location : Zurich

Salary : CHF140k

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for, continuously improve and maintain the entire compliance framework, including the identification, assessment and monitoring of relevant compliance risks (focusing on anti-money laundering, market conduct, conflicts of interest, advisory and other financial services-related risks)
  • Support with execution of the compliance activity plan
  • Support monitoring and reporting to both, the Executive Committee and Board of Directors on adherence to the compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in financial services and a focus on compliance / risk management.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English & German.
  • Pro-active and ambitious.
