Recueillir, formaliser et prioriser les besoins métiers (ateliers, interviews, documentation).
Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles (cas d’utilisation, user stories, critères d’acceptation).
Animer des ateliers collaboratifs avec les parties prenantes.
Suivre la mise en œuvre des projets avec les équipes de développement en environnement Agile/Scrum.
Participer à la conception fonctionnelle, notamment sur la dématérialisation des processus métiers.
Contribuer à l'analyse des données (qualité, traçabilité, sécurité) et à leur structuration.
Rédiger des supports utilisateurs et documentations fonctionnelles.
Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en analyse métier (business analyse).
Formation informatique obligatoire.
Maîtrise de la rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles en UML et BPMN.
Pratique confirmée d’outils de gestion Agile (JIRA).
Expérience en environnements Agile/Scrum (minimum 3 ans).
Maîtrise parfaite du français, oral et écrit.
Familiarité avec la méthode HERMES.
Expérience dans le secteur public ou en environnement administratif complexe.
Sens du service et orientation utilisateur.
Capacité à animer, fédérer, écouter et synthétiser.
Autonomie, rigueur, capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle.
Esprit collaboratif, attitude positive et ouverture au changement.
