This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with all Corporate Finance functions, supporting various administrative processes on an ad hoc basis, and playing a crucial part in the smooth operation of the Corporate Finance department.
Your tasks
- Offer comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the CFO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Oversee the black-out period process to ensure smooth operations
- Manage travel expense reporting and reconciliation
- Coordinate and manage the logistics for the budget week and global conferences
- Provide office management support across Group Finance functions
- Assist the assistant to the board with the preparation of board documents
