About the Role :
This is a fully remote job with a global scope. You’ll manage daily tasks, organise travel, assist with personal and business matters, and help create smooth and high-quality experiences.
What You'll Do :
- Serve as the right hand to a high-profile individual, managing daily tasks and personal requests with full autonomy.
- Craft bespoke luxury travel itineraries, curating unique experiences and ensuring effortless movement across global destinations.
- Deliver VIP-level concierge and lifestyle management, handling everything from exclusive reservations to high-touch experiences.
- Coordinate private events and engagements , ensuring every detail—the venue, the timing, the ambience—is impeccably executed.
- Conduct deep research and manage logistics for significant purchases, rare items, and special gifts.
- Collaborate with Executive Assistants and different teams across multiple time zones, maintaining a harmonious and efficient ecosystem.
- Handle sensitive personal and family matters with absolute confidentiality, flexibility, and grace.
