In our new ApplicationCenter in Sempach Station, Switzerland, we have the unique possibility to test,certify and demonstrate our adhesives in an industrial setup. From this labthat is placed in a beautiful region, we work closely together with our ProductDevelopment Team in our headquarters in Düsseldorf and support our ApplicationEngineers and Sales representatives globally.

YOUR ROLE

  • Lab work to prepare wooden samples using professional wood working machines, run tests, evaluate adhesive performance acc. to standard QC-procedures and with self-developed tests
  • Drive own application technology projects and support Product Development
  • Documentation and support for global team
  • Support maintenance of lab application devices

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor or Master degree in the field of wood technology, cabinet maker or carpenter is a plus
  • 3 years professional experience, out of which +2 years successful track record in the wood industry
  • Integrative personality with entrepreneurial flair, detective curiosity, with proven leadership skills and evidence of successful execution of complex projects
  • Highly international with the ability to build networks globally across different cultures
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Fluency in German and English, additional languages in major markets is a plus
  • Chemical knowledge is an advantage
