Your mission :
Perform a variety of administrative functions
Admin support for concur (Heads only), itravel-concur / travel booking, ATOSS
Organisation and support for Gipfelimeeting, seminars, webinars, visits, events, symposiums
Create orders in Ariba / invoicing, manual payments, PCard orders
Coordinate employees with Inlingua
Maintain the site new starter list for HSE introduction
Deputize the Admin Lead during holidays etc.
Your profile :
Vocational training as Administrative Assistant with job experience
Proficiency in MS office and agile in learning new tools
German or English as mother tongue with very good written and spoken skills of the other language (B2 or above)
Minimum 3-5 years in a Junior Administrative Assistant role
Very good and honest communication skills
Organizational talent and sense of empathy for people
Ability to establish strong networks as well as to work independently
