Service Now Consultant

On behalf of one of our client partners based in Switzerland, Red Global currently has an opportunity for a Service now expert to join a 6 month project on a fully remote basis!

The client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible and there is a high probability of several extensions upon completion of the project after 6 months.

Here are the key skills that the client is looking for :

• Implement the ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module, covering both Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Demand Management.
• Plan, develop, test, and deploy user stories for the SPM module.
• Integrate with the Jira system for seamless workflow and issue tracking.
• Stay aligned with the latest ServiceNow product updates to ensure optimal functionality.
• Address and prioritize backlog items, which will be executed or implemented once confirmed by the General internal team.
