Description de posteUniversity qualification Solid knowledge and understanding of private banking with a proven experience in delivering high-level service to clients Perfect command of English + French and / or Russian Strong IT and effective communication skills (written and oral) Ability to handle large quantities of data in diverse formats and work under pressure Swiss residency is compulsory
Responsibilities
- Provide expert transactional banking service via telephone and email
- Accurately capture and follow client instructions, ensuring ownership and resolution
- Identify clients following policy and Customer Due Diligence regulations
- Serve as the first contact point for payment transaction or data change inquiries, ensuring proper escalation
- Manage service recovery activities, adhering to complaints and escalation procedures
- Handle multi-channel, multi-currency requests
- Ensure all client interactions comply with internal / external policies, procedures, and legislation
- Develop and follow a personal development plan for continuous performance improvement
- Engage in ongoing training to meet business requirements
