About the role

At YOTEL, our mission is to challenge the status quo – it’s our DNA.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of hospitality.

More specifically, responsibilities will include the following :

  • Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards at all times.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and present dishes to perfection.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following food safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Contribute ideas for new menu items and improvements.

The skills we are looking for are :

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
  • Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative presentation.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations.
