We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Operations Coordinator to support administrative operational and client-service activities within a professional services environment. You will manage client portfolios process changes coordinate data updates and ensure accurate documentation across multiple systems and departments.
This position is ideal for someone organized service-minded and comfortable handling complex processes in a dynamic multicultural setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for a dedicated client portfolio ensuring accurate and timely handling of data and documentation.
- Support onboarding of new clients updates and changes to existing records.
- Process client requests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Prepare summaries correspondence and data reports for internal or external use.
- Collaborate with finance and technical teams on account reconciliations reports and validations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients partners and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal procedures and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Professional qualification or relevant experience in administration client service or operations (minimum 3 years).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French German and English (C1).Strong attention to detail accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Proactive and organized with good prioritization and time management skills.Skilled in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and comfortable learning new digital tools.Team player with a collaborative approach and a service-oriented mindset.Benefits
