About Oak Hill
Oak Hill is a small, unique, research-based programme (taught in English) for primary students with specific learning differences (dyslexia) and / or AD(H)D.
Our not-for-profit programme was established in 2005 and is funded and supported by Oak Foundation . Oak Hill s vision is to support students with specific learning differences in the region of Geneva, Switzerland, to help them reach their full potential. Students following the programme benefit from structured lessons in reading, writing, and maths, using the Hill Learning Centre programme , which is based on the work of Dr Samuel Orton and Anna Gillingham.
Learning Support Teacher (leading to Head Teacher role)
Purpose of the role
We are looking for a dedicated educator with experience teaching students with specific learning difficulties / AD(H)D to join our team. In this position, you will play a vital role in shaping students' literacy and numeracy skills, helping them progress using highly structured and multisensory methodology. After an initial training period, the successful candidate will also help launch the programme on other Ecolint campuses and further expand the programme in the Lac Léman region.
During 2026, the candidate will gradually transition into a leadership role and as Head, you will seek to grow the number of students reached by the programme and supervise the growth of the team. A structured handover period, including mentoring and ongoing support from the existing team and Oak Foundation, will ensure a smooth transition into this leadership position.
