JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders for digital transformation programs.
Define program scope, goals, and outcomes in line with business objectives.
Develop comprehensive plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
Analyze customer feedback to enhance processes and experiences.
Map and optimize processes together with the team using digital solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring smooth change management.
Monitor program performance against KPIs and address challenges.
Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders and sponsors.
Generate reports to share progress and insights with senior management.
Foster continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback.
Overcomes siloed interests by winning hearts and minds of people.
Acts as a role model for agile project management and execution excellence.
Incorporates agile ways to accelerate transformation speed and quality.
Implements standards that leverage workshops, experimentation, and fast learning.
Closely work with C-Level and key stakeholders to receive support needed.

Profile

Education

Master's Degree in business administration / or technical or an equivalent combination of education

Experience

10 years plus work-related experience in a global function – Digital Transformation.

Experienced in leading, growing, and motivating people in global programs.

Qualified global project leader in a PMO environment with proven success and change record.

Certified in Project Management, Agile – Scrum, Lean Management.

Strong Data & Tech, Commercial and Operational expertise

Fluent in English, both written and oral, a must
