International Senior Talent Manager (M/W)

Reporting to the International Talent Management Director, you will lead the global talent management activities at international level.
In this function :
- You will contribute to the overall International Talent Management strategy and team objectives. You will drive the Career committee and ensure functional & international consolidation, for workshops, retail, and offices populations.
- You will be responsible for building and monitoring the talent pipelines with internal and external candidates, working closely with Senior Talent Acquisition teams.
- You will provide guidance and coaching to employees and managers on international talent mobilities.
- You will lead key talents projects at international level for the regions and will be the point of contact for Richemont on several initiatives.
- You will onboard HR and Managers community on Talent Management topics in your area of responsibility.
- In collaboration with HR people & data analytics, you will use and provide talent data as an asset to drive missions of talent strategy.
- You'll support your team in prioritizing and coordinating their missions and oversee the development of their skills.
Travel to different regions of the world will be expected.
