Were looking for a Pension Fund Product Specialist with deep expertise in Swiss pension funds to help us build the next generation of our SaaS product.

Youll be the go-to expert for everything pension fund related : driving product strategy developing new tools and supports pension funds in strategic decisions.

Some days youll be talking to pension fund stakeholders (from trustees to CIOs) other days youll be sketching out new features with engineers or shaping AI-driven tools that make decision-making smarter. If you love combining product work with industry expertise this could be a great fit.

Tasks

Product & Strategy

Align our product roadmap with the needs and regulations of pension funds.
Develop tools for controlling monitoring and benchmarking pension fund performance.
Integrating features from financial statements as well as quarterly / monthly reports from the different service providers and consultants into the platform

Innovation & Technology

Drive AI-powered functionalities to automate reporting deliver predictive insights and enhance decision-making.

Transform pension fund expertise into intuitive data-driven tools.

Client Engagement

Act as the domain expert for pension fund clients and address their inquiries.

Engage directly with trustees CEOs CIOs and other stakeholders to gather insights and validate features.

Leverage your expertise in the Swiss pension fund industry to drive product adoption and maintain market relevance.

Collaboration

Work closely with engineering sales and advisory teams to bring new features to life.

Requirements

46 years of experience in investment management controlling or ALM within Swiss pension funds or pension fund consultant

Strong grasp of pension fund P&L balance sheets and governance frameworks

Expertise in benchmarking investment analysis and financial reporting

Tech affinity : you adapt quickly to new tools and data environments

Fluent German (mandatory) and English skills
