Finance Transformation Manager

Our client, a leading company in the financial services industry, is currently driving major modernisation initiatives to strengthen its operational performance across Switzerland.

We are now recruiting a Finance Transformation Manager for a 3-month trial-and-hire assignment (extension possible). This internal role, based in Zurich (Ambassador House), is ideal for an experienced professional ready to shape strategic transformation initiatives.

AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG :

• Lead and deliver end-to-end finance transformation projects, from target operating model design to implementation
• Analyse and optimise financial processes such as Plan-to-Perform and Record-to-Report
• Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, business units, and external vendors
• Drive change-management initiatives and provide training to finance users
• Apply formal project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall) in large-scale environments ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL :
• Minimum five years of experience in transformation or project environments
• Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of finance operating models, accounting principles, budgeting & forecasting
• Fluency with SAP S / 4, financial planning systems, predictive analytics, agentic AI and data-visualisation tools
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
